Shipping Policy

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 weeks. Shipments are sent via Royal Mail, and delivery times may vary based on your location and Royal Mail’s schedule.
UK Customers:
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, ensuring you can track your parcel every step of the way.
USA Customers:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail DDP, which covers tariffs and import fees upfront. This means you won’t have to pay any unexpected charges when your parcel arrives.
International Customers (Outside UK & USA):
Import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees applied by customs are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to cover these costs, and they may be collected upon delivery. If you’d like guidance before placing an order, please reach out to us.
Returns Policy
If customers wish to return an item, they are responsible for purchasing the return label. A refund will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
Conditions of Return
- Buyer can return or exchange this item
- Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery
- Buyer is responsible for return postage costs
- Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition
