Shipping Policy

We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days. Shipments are sent via Royal Mail, and delivery times may vary based on your location and Royal Mail’s schedule.
UK Customers:
Orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24/48, ensuring you can track your parcel every step of the way.
USA Customers:
Orders are sent via Royal Mail DDP, which covers tariffs and import fees upfront. This means you won’t have to pay any unexpected charges when your parcel arrives.
International Customers (Outside UK & USA):
Import duties, taxes, tariffs, or other fees applied by customs are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to cover these costs, and they may be collected upon delivery. If you’d like guidance before placing an order, please reach out to us.
